2024 / 2025 Rates and Policies

Open April 15th through October 27th | Check-in time is 1:00 pm
All RV Sites are full-hookups (water, sewer, electric, cable TV and basic Wi-Fi). No Tents or Wood-burning Campfires. Self-contained RVs only.
Seasonal and monthly rates are available and need to be booked in person in our office.

ADDITIONAL FEES

  • Rates include two (2) persons, each additional person is $5/day or $50/month on monthly reservations. Max is 6 total persons.
  • No additional charge for children age 5 and under.
  • Dog fees are $2/dog/day (max. 3 dogs). $15/dog/month (max. 3 dogs).
  • Extra cars, trailers & boats are $2.00 per day.
  • Holiday and Special Event weekends site rates increase $5/day.
  • Daily rates are subject to a 9% Plumas county occupancy tax.
  • Showers and laundry are coin-operated.

GENERAL POLICIES:

Memorial and Labor Day weekends require a minimum Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night stay. 4th of July weekend requires a 3 night stay

All Special Event weekends require a minimum Friday and Saturday night stay.

Sites must be reserved in the name of the person who will occupy the space and must correspond to the payment information.

For reservations & availability on seasonal and monthly rates please call or email the office, as these reservations are not available on-line.

SPECIFIC SITES:

You can book your site via our map by selecting the Book Now button. Please enter all of the correct information for your RV, including ALL slide-outs AND the length of your RV from hitch to bumper. Then the available sites will be displayed on our interactive map. Failure to enter correct RV information could result in a cancellation upon arrival.

CAMPFIRES:

Due to the increase in California wildfires in the last couple of years, campfires are now not allowed. You can however bring a propane fire-ring to your campsite.

DOG POLICY:

Maximum of 3 dogs per site. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and cannot be left unattended. Dogs that exhibit aggressive behavior are not allowed in the Park. Dog fees apply, see above.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations and modifications are subject to a minimum $15.00 processing fee. No modifications allowed for Memorial Day weekend, July 4th, and Labor Day weekends. Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in are subject to a charge equal to 1 night’s stay. No refunds after 1pm on day of arrival, or for early departures.

Monthly/Seasonal cancellations are subject to a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days for a monthly/seasonal reservation are subject to 1 month’s rent.

Park Map and Information

RV SITE: Please maintain a clean, site at all times. No clotheslines, outdoor showers, outdoor bathrooms, vehicle washing, or repairs are allowed at your site, or to be done in the park. Please visit office for information on these services nearby. Only 1 sleeping unit per site and no generators are allowed. Please respect other guests and don’t walk through other sites.

WIFI: We have basic WI-FI service for our guests. Due to the many trees and the many users, you may experience a slower service than what you are used to at home.

SPEED LIMIT: 5 MPH, please be cautious of children and pedestrians.

QUIET TIME: 10pm - 7am. During all other hours, please keep music and noise down to a level considerate to other park guests. Noisy and uncooperative guests will be asked to leave the park.

PARKING: All RVs must back into the assigned site, except Pull-thru's per park regulations. Park completely off the road to not obstruct other vehicles. Please drive only on paved roads throughout park. No other motorized vehicles are allowed to be used in park.

SEWER CONNECTION: Connections to sewer must be airtight, using a 3 inch threaded connector. No discharge of formaldehyde-based chemicals are allowed into our septic system. At no time may any wastewater be discharged on the ground, including gray water. If any assistance is needed, please contact one of our staff.

GARBAGE: The Garbage Center is centrally located and all garbage should be disposed of properly in the bins. We are in BEAR COUNTRY. The Garbage Center is open between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM.

RECYCLING: There are recycling bins available in the Garbage Center. We recycle glass, plastic, aluminum, newspaper and cardboard. Please use bins appropriately and flatten all cardboard before placing in bin.

CAMPFIRES: Due to the drought conditions and increased forest fires in the area, no wood burning campfires are allowed, until further notice. Only propane fire pits are permitted.

BBQ’S: Are welcome, but please don’t place on the Park’s picnic tables. The heat can melt the table. Please make sure coals and ashes are completely extinguished before disposing.

SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed in any building or structure in the Park. Please limit smoking to your site and dispose of all cigarette and cigar butts properly.

FIREARMS AND FIREWORKS: Use of firearms and fireworks are strictly prohibited.

THE CREEK AND RIVER: There can be strong currents not visible on the surface; please have all children wear life vests while near or in the water. There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Please supervise children at all times, swim at your own risk. Fishing licenses required for anyone 16 yrs. and older.

BIKES AND SCOOTERS: Our paved roads are great for bike riding and non-motorized scooters. Please be cautious while biking or scootering as the roads are primarily used by vehicles and large RVs. All riders under the age of 18 must wear a helmet.

SITE FEES: Are paid in advance and there are no refunds for early departure.

CHECK OUT: Is 12 PM.
